Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed unresectable advanced or recurrent solid tumors
- For backfill cohort: confirmed Stage IIIB, IIIC, IV, or recurrent NSCLC according to UICC-TNM classification
- Refractory or intolerant to standard therapy
- Previous treatment with anti-PD-(L)1 antibody-containing regimen for tumors approved for such therapy
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status of 0 or 1
- Availability of tumor tissue samples for biomarker testing
You will not qualify if you...
- History or complication of severe hypersensitivity to any antibody drugs
- Current or past chronic or recurrent autoimmune disease
- Severe peritoneal dissemination
- Pericardial fluid, pleural effusion, or ascites requiring treatment
- Uncontrolled tumor-related pain
- Active or history of interstitial lung disease or pulmonary fibrosis
