This study aims to conduct a prospective, multicenter, umbrella clinical study to compare the abscopal effects of different radiotherapy fractionation patterns combined with Benmelstobart, and to explore an efficient and low-toxic treatment strategy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with multiple metastases. The main objective is to explore and compare the control rates of abscopal lesions in NSCLC patients with multiple metastases when different radiotherapy fractionation patterns are combined with Benmelstobart.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Confirmed non-small cell lung cancer by pathological histology
- More than 3 metastatic lesions
- No brain metastases or brain lesions are stable
- Negative for driver gene mutations including EGFR, ALK, ROS, BRAF, MET, RET
- Performance status score between 0 and 1 with expected survival over 3 months
- Age between 18 and 75 years old
- PET-CT assessment (including FDG and FMISO) is optional
- No contraindications to immunotherapy and radiotherapy
- Signed informed consent form
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, liver, or kidney
- Presence of other malignant tumors
- Uncontrolled heart disease or myocardial infarction within the past 6 months
- History of mental illness
- Any other condition the researcher considers unsuitable for study participation
