The subjects of this study were inpatients with ACLF who were admitted to Tongji Hospital in Wuhan from March 2023 to June 2025. - Total bilirubin (TBIL) is 12 mg/mL or higher
- International normalized ratio (INR) is 1.5 or higher
- Diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B
You will not qualify if you...
- Younger than 18 years or older than 80 years
- Presence of primary hepatic or extrahepatic cancer
- Severe diseases affecting other organs or systems
- Pregnancy
- Incomplete patient information
