Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be proficient in English or Spanish as assessed by speaking ability and preferred healthcare language
- Be between 15 and 39 years old
- Have been diagnosed with cancer or had a cancer recurrence and/or received active cancer treatment between ages 15 and 39
- Be able to complete questionnaires independently or with assistance
- For Cohort 1 only: Be at least 3 months from last cancer treatment without plans to start new treatment in the next 3 months, or be on chronic cancer-directed therapy for the last 3 months without plans to change therapy in the next 3 months
- Have an ECOG Performance Status between 0 and 4 or a Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score between 0 and 100
