The purpose of this study is to measure how well taking lebrikizumab alone works for participants with fewer places on the body with eczema (atopic dermatitis), but these places may be very itchy. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Have chronic atopic dermatitis for at least 1 year before screening
- Have 10% to 25% body surface area of eczema at screening and baseline
- Have itch severity of 6 or higher on numeric rating scale at baseline
- Have eczema severity score of 16 or greater at screening and baseline
- Have Investigator's Global Assessment score of 3 or higher at screening and baseline
- Have history of inadequate response to topical treatments or topical treatments are medically inadvisable
- For participants aged 12 to less than 18, have a body weight of at least 40 kilograms at baseline
You will not qualify if you...
- Have uncontrolled chronic disease requiring frequent oral corticosteroids
- Have liver cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis
- History of malignancy within 5 years except certain treated skin or cervical cancers
- Have active or high risk of endoparasitic infections
- Have known or suspected immunosuppression or history of invasive infections
- Have skin conditions that interfere with study assessments
- Have severe illnesses affecting study participation
- Have had serious, opportunistic, chronic, or recurring infections within 3 months
- Have active infection requiring systemic treatment within 2 weeks or superficial skin infections within 1 week before baseline
- Have prior biologic therapy for atopic dermatitis
- Have used systemic immunosuppressive drugs, small molecules, or phototherapy for eczema within 4 weeks prior to baseline
- Have received B-cell-depleting biologics within 6 months prior to baseline
