Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- History of mature B-cell malignancy confirmed by biopsy or cytology
- Measurable or detectable disease needing treatment
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- Life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
You will not qualify if you...
- Need for immediate cytoreductive therapy unless no other treatment options remain
- Previous invasive cancer within the last 2 years
- Known allergy to SGR-1505 or its ingredients
- Active or symptomatic central nervous system involvement of disease
- Any other health condition or laboratory finding that increases risk from the investigational drug
