Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of advanced or metastatic solid tumor
- Measurable disease according to RECIST version 1.1
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- Ability to understand and sign informed consent before any study procedures
- Adequate bone marrow and organ function
- Women of child-bearing potential and males must agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 90 days after the last dose
You will not qualify if you...
- Having primary Central Nervous System (CNS) tumors
- Received systemic anti-cancer treatments or investigational agents within 21 days or 5 half-lives before first dose
- Received radiation therapy greater than 50 Gy within 42 days before first dose
- Had major surgery within 21 days before first dose
- Not recovered to Grade 1 or baseline from prior treatment toxicities except Grade 2 alopecia, peripheral neuropathy, and ototoxicity
- Have another invasive cancer diagnosed within 2 years before first dose as determined by investigator
