Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Must give informed consent and understand the study procedures and potential side effects
- Age between 18 and 55 years inclusive
- Body mass index (BMI) between 19.0 and 26.0 kg/m² inclusive, with minimum weight of 50 kg for males and 45 kg for females
- Systolic blood pressure between 100 and 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure between 60 and 90 mmHg at screening
- Able to communicate well with investigators and complete the trial as required
You will not qualify if you...
- Known allergy to the study drug components or similar drugs
- Presence of significant diseases including circulatory, blood, respiratory, endocrine, urinary, digestive, neurological, mental diseases, infections, tumors, or serious injuries
- Major surgery within 6 months before starting the study or planned surgery during the study
- Blood loss or donation over 200 mL within 3 months before starting the study, and/or platelet donation within 2 weeks before starting
- Positive urine drug screening
- Smoking more than 5 cigarettes daily within 3 months before screening or unwillingness to avoid tobacco during hospitalization
- Regular drinking of more than 14 alcohol units per week within 6 months before screening, inability to stop drinking during hospitalization, or positive breath alcohol test
