Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histological or cytological confirmation of recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer, including both EBV-positive and EBV-negative cases
- Recurrent or metastatic stage IV-B nasopharyngeal cancer or recurrent cancer after curative treatment with at least 6 months since last radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- Measurable disease according to RECIST v1.1 criteria, including lesions in previously irradiated areas if progression is shown
You will not qualify if you...
- Disease that can be treated with local therapy intended to cure
- Prior systemic therapy for recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer or recurrence within 6 months after curative chemoradiation
- Rapidly progressing disease such as tumor bleeding or uncontrolled tumor pain
- Active or untreated central nervous system metastases; stabilized brain or leptomeningeal metastases with discontinued steroids for at least 1 month are allowed
