Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female aged 18 to 70 years (inclusive) at time of consent
- Diagnosed with plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months before screening
- Psoriasis covers at least 10% of body surface area at screening and randomization
- Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score of 12 or higher at screening and randomization
- Static Physician's Global Assessment (sPGA) score of 3 or higher at screening and randomization
You will not qualify if you...
- Having a nonplaque form of psoriasis (such as erythrodermic, guttate, inverse, pustular, or drug-induced psoriasis)
- Uncontrolled arterial hypertension with systolic blood pressure of 160 mm Hg or higher or diastolic blood pressure of 100 mm Hg or higher, confirmed by two consecutive readings
- Class III or IV congestive heart failure according to New York Heart Association criteria
- History of chronic bacterial infections such as chronic pyelonephritis, chronic bronchiectasis, or chronic osteomyelitis
