Subcutaneous Tarlatamab in Participants With Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (DeLLphi-308)
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participants 18 years of age or older (or legal adult age if higher) at the time of consent
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) that progressed or recurred after at least one platinum-based anti-cancer therapy
- If previously treated for limited stage SCLC, must have received another regimen for recurrent ES-SCLC
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status of 0 or 1
- Adequate organ function including heart, lung, kidney, and liver
- Able to receive subcutaneous injections in the abdomen
- Participants without measurable disease or tumor tissue may be allowed after approval by Amgen Medical Monitor
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior treatment with DLL3 targeted therapy
- Untreated or symptomatic brain metastases or requiring steroid therapy
- Leptomeningeal disease
- Baseline oxygen requirement
- Participants with asymptomatic brain metastases must have completed definitive treatment or be approved by Amgen Medical Monitor if untreated
