You may qualify if you...

  • Adults aged 18 to 65 years
  • Symptomatic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) not improved after at least 6 months of conservative treatment
  • Disease severity with Davos Polyp Score of 4 points or higher
  • Signed informed consent to participate
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Previous sinus surgery
  • Sinus CT showing other pathologies such as mucocele
  • Incapable of judgment or unable to provide informed consent
