Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed informed consent and willingness to follow the study plan
- Age between 18 and 80 years old
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- No prior lung cancer surgery
- Resectable peripheral cT1N0M0 tumors
- Presence of single or multiple lung nodules with ground-glass dominant or pure ground-glass on CT, with the major lesion being such nodules
- Adenocarcinoma in situ or minimally invasive adenocarcinoma confirmed by intraoperative frozen section
- No prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy
You will not qualify if you...
- Tumors not staged as cT1N0M0
- Tumors that cannot be completely removed by sublobar resection
- Invasive lung adenocarcinoma or other lung cancers not confirmed cytologically or pathologically as lung adenocarcinoma
- Previous lung cancer surgery
- Prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy
