What this Trial Is About
Investigators will evaluate the implementation of an evidence-based, Spanish-language, digital, cognitive-behavioral therapy (dCBT) intervention (SilverCloud) in the Mission community for Latino patients with depression and/or anxiety. 213 participants will be enrolled in a one-armed trial comparing self-guided vs. supported dCBT (SilverCloud).

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- PHQ-9 score of 10 or higher or GAD-7 score of 8 or higher
- Access to the internet via smartphone or broadband at home and basic technological literacy or willingness to learn
- 18 years of age or older
- Preference for receiving medical care in Spanish
- Not currently receiving psychotherapy
- If on antidepressant medication, stable dose for at least 6 weeks with no planned changes
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently receiving psychotherapy
- Visual, hearing, voice, motor impairment, or illiteracy preventing study participation
- Diagnosis of psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, dissociative disorder, or substance use disorder
- Severe suicidality, including suicidal thoughts, plans, and intent
