Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Controls with normal video swallow or no dysphagia on ESSAI questionnaire
- Absence of dysphagia in controls
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- Diagnosis of Eosinophilic Esophagitis confirmed by histologic criteria
- More than 15 eosinophils per high power field on most recent esophageal biopsy
- Adults aged 18 years or older with EoE
You will not qualify if you...
- Abnormal baseline video swallow
- Lack of muscle coordination to eat test meal
- Presence of underlying neuromuscular disorder
