- Man or woman aged 18 years or older
- Willing to provide informed consent
- Willing and able to follow study requirements
- Have a mailing address in the Winnipeg census metropolitan area (City of Winnipeg and nearby municipalities)
You will not qualify if you...
- Allergy, dislike, or unwillingness to eat whole ground flaxseed
- Currently consuming 40 grams or more of whole ground flaxseed daily
- A family member in the same household is participating or has participated in this study
- Currently participating in a food trial or diet program that does not allow food changes
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
