Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Understand the requirements and contents of the clinical trial
- Age 18 years or older
- Histopathology or cytology confirmed lung cancer
- ECOG performance status 2 or less
- Predicted survival of 12 weeks or more
- Adequate bone marrow hematopoiesis and organ function
- Presence of measurable lesions according to RECIST 1.1
You will not qualify if you...
- Received radiation within 14 days before the first dose or have not recovered from radiation-related toxicity
- Use of strong CYP1A2 or CYP3A inhibitors or inducers within 1-2 weeks before the first dose
- Presence of spinal cord compression or meningeal metastasis
- History of other malignant tumors within 2 years
- Adverse events greater than grade 1 due to prior treatment before the first dose (except alopecia)
- History of stroke or intracranial hemorrhage within 6 months before the first dose
- Severe or poorly controlled systemic diseases including hypertension and active bleeding
- Persistent or active infections such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or COVID-19
- Heart-related diseases or abnormalities
- History of interstitial lung disease or immune pneumonia caused by immunotherapy
- Refractory nausea, vomiting, chronic gastrointestinal disease, swallowing difficulties, or poor drug absorption
- Live vaccine administered within 2 weeks before the first medication
- Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant
- Hypersensitivity to the test drug or its ingredients
- Other conditions deemed unsuitable by the investigator
