Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Able to provide informed consent
- Male or female, aged 50 years or older
- No history of significant medical or neurological disease
- Body mass index (BMI) 50 or less
- If woman of childbearing potential, agrees to use acceptable birth control during the study and up to one month after PET scans
You will not qualify if you...
- Women with a positive pregnancy test or who are lactating
- Exposure to ionizing radiation exceeding recommended limits when combined with study tracer
- History of bleeding disorder or current use of anticoagulants
- Blood donation within 8 weeks prior to the study
