Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged greater than 18 years
- Diagnosis of Moyamoya disease with minor to moderate symptoms needing neurosurgical treatment
- Agree to undergo surgery and anesthesia
- Voluntary decision to participate and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- History of bleeding or coagulation disorders
- Conditions that prevent prolonged anesthesia
- Hemodynamically unstable neurological exam
- Pressure-dependent neurologic status
