Age: 18Years - 39Years
All Genders

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with stage I-III breast cancer, colorectal cancer, sarcoma, Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or stage I-II testicular cancer
  • Treated with curative intent and off therapy (except endocrine/hormonal or oral targeted therapies) for the past three months
  • Between 1 to 5 years after cancer diagnosis
  • Able to speak and read English
  • Able to give informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Moderate or severe cognitive impairment
  • Severe untreated mental illness such as schizophrenia or substance use disorder that would interfere with consent or participation
