Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with stage I-III breast cancer, colorectal cancer, sarcoma, Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or stage I-II testicular cancer
- Treated with curative intent and off therapy (except endocrine/hormonal or oral targeted therapies) for the past three months
- Between 1 to 5 years after cancer diagnosis
- Able to speak and read English
- Able to give informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Moderate or severe cognitive impairment
- Severe untreated mental illness such as schizophrenia or substance use disorder that would interfere with consent or participation
