Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Being frail, meeting at least 3 of the following: feeling fatigued, difficulty climbing 10 stairs without help, difficulty walking 300 meters without help, having more than 5 chronic illnesses, or weight loss of 5% or more in the past 1-5 years
- Living in the community
- Able to participate in Tai Chi program twice a week
You will not qualify if you...
- Participated in any formal exercise program in the past 6 months
- Does not have transportation to come to the class
