Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- People over 60 without dementia
- Agree to join the study and sign the consent form
- Modified Rankin Scale (MRS) scores between 0 and 1
- Elementary or higher education (6 years) or can read and write Chinese
- Very early dementia screening scale (AD-8) less than 2, or more than 2 points but without dementia diagnosis after neurologist review
- CAIDE Risk Score above 8; diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or subjective cognitive decline (SCD) in the past six months
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with any kind of dementia
- Suspected dementia or unsuitable for study as assessed by a doctor
- Diseases affecting safety of intervention activities (life expectancy under 2 years, recent symptomatic heart/cerebrovascular disease, recent vascular surgery, recent malignant tumor)
- Severe blindness, hearing or communication impairment, or difficulty cooperating with assessments and interventions
- Severe mental illnesses including major depression disorder or major neuromusculoskeletal disorders
- Drug or alcohol abuse in the past year
- Participation in other interventional trials that may affect results
