Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 18 years or older
  • Diagnosis of recurrent inguinal hernia confirmed by ultrasound or CT scan at current visit
  • Ability to tolerate general or local anesthesia for surgery
  • Patient and family agree to participate and sign informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Infection of the mesh patch during the first surgery
  • Two or more hernia recurrences
  • Inability to cooperate with follow-up after surgery
