Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Enrolled in the Mismatch Prospective Cohort (MPC) study at UPenn or MGH
- Have a reliable study partner who can accompany you to the PET/CT scan
- Have had a brain MRI within 6 months prior to the AV-1451 Tau PET/CT scan, with adequate quality for analysis including high-resolution imaging of medial temporal lobe structures
You will not qualify if you...
- Have any medical or psychiatric conditions that may compromise safety or participation
- Have structural brain abnormalities like major stroke or mass on MRI that interfere with PET/CT analysis
- Unable to tolerate or have contraindications to imaging procedures
- History of significant ongoing alcohol or substance abuse
- Female participants of child-bearing age
