Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or greater
- Newly diagnosed with HIV
- Known HIV diagnosis and not on ART within 30 days of admission
- Known HIV diagnosis and not virally suppressed based on interview
- Known HIV diagnosis and not under care of an HIV specialist within the past 6 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Virally suppressed
- Actively taking ART
- Under active care of an HIV specialist within the last 6 months
- Less than 18 years of age
