Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Non-specific neck pain diagnosis
- Neck pain persisting for at least 3 months
- Ability to speak and understand Turkish fluently
- Pain score of 3 or higher on the Numerical Rating Scale
- Neck Disability Index score of 5 or higher
You will not qualify if you...
- History of spinal surgery
- Additional musculoskeletal disorders affecting the neck or upper limbs (e.g., scoliosis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia)
- Received physical therapy or other treatments within the last 6 months
- Diagnosed psychiatric disorder
- Vestibular pathology
- Visual problems despite using visual aids
- Pregnancy
- Neurological deficits affecting balance
- Unable to complete or discontinued the treatment process
