Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Young adult aged 18 to 29 years
- Resident of Ontario
- Living with a self-reported diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes for at least 1 year
- Living independently in the community, not in an institutional care setting
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to participate in English
- Unable to participate via telephone or web-conferencing
