Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- U.S. Veteran
- Live in a rural area based on Rural Urban Commuting Area codes
- Have high impact chronic pain as determined by phone screening
- Have access to a landline or cell phone
- Speak English
You will not qualify if you...
- Have cognitive impairment that would affect study participation
- Plan to move within the next 3 months
- Had surgery in the past 3 months
- Are in long-term inpatient or hospice care
- Have a terminal illness with life expectancy less than 12 months
- Are actively participating in another pain intervention study
