- Age less than 6 years old with only primary teeth
- Written consent from the legal guardian
You will not qualify if you...
- Children older than 6 years
- Children with mixed or permanent teeth
- Children with physical disabilities or psychiatric disorders
- Children with intellectual disabilities
- Children requiring dental treatment under general anesthesia
