  • Age less than 6 years old with only primary teeth
  • Written consent from the legal guardian
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Children older than 6 years
  • Children with mixed or permanent teeth
  • Children with physical disabilities or psychiatric disorders
  • Children with intellectual disabilities
  • Children requiring dental treatment under general anesthesia
