Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with hemato-oncological malignancy or lymphoma within the last two months
- Completed systemic chemotherapy-based cancer treatment
- Clinically stable condition
- Able to perform a cardiopulmonary exercise test
- Able to understand and write in the Czech language
- Have internet access at home
- Literate with information and communication technology
You will not qualify if you...
- Acute heart disease or decompensation within the last six weeks
- Severe psychological or cognitive disorders
- Serious musculoskeletal disorders limiting training
- Currently meeting physical activity recommendations of 150 minutes per week
- Participating in another supervised training program elsewhere
