- Adults aged 18 years or older with known autoimmune and inflammatory rheumatic disease (AIRD)
- Self-identified Black race and/or Latinx ethnicity
- Individuals who have not received the updated COVID-19 vaccine series (self-reported)

- Lack of access to a phone
