Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Sites interested in embedding or increasing MOUD use
  • Sites with funds to pay for MOUD medication for 24 months
  • Sites agreeing to implement or continue using at least one MOUD medication
  • Sites with leadership support at all levels, including Secretary of DOC, medical director, and wardens
  • Sites willing to sign a memorandum of understanding or information sheet
  • Sites agreeing to provide required data as described in the information sheet
