Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Healthy men and women
  • BMI of <26 with normal ECG and blood pressure
  • Age between 18 and 40 years
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Smoking
  • Chronic disease
  • Use of prescription medication
  • Pain from current or past musculoskeletal injury
  • Resistance training more than once per week in the last 12 months
  • Current or previous use of prohibited anabolic substances
