Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy men and women
- BMI of <26 with normal ECG and blood pressure
- Age between 18 and 40 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Smoking
- Chronic disease
- Use of prescription medication
- Pain from current or past musculoskeletal injury
- Resistance training more than once per week in the last 12 months
- Current or previous use of prohibited anabolic substances
