Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or non-pregnant and non-lactating females aged 21-55 years
- Cannabis use 1-7 days per week over the month before screening
- Not currently seeking treatment for cannabis use
- History of inhaled cannabis use
- Body Mass Index between 18.5 and 34 kg/m2
- Able to perform all study procedures
- Using a contraceptive method (hormonal or barrier)
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe Cannabis Use Disorder or any substance use disorder other than nicotine, caffeine, or mild/moderate Cannabis Use Disorder
- Severe psychiatric illness judged to increase risk or interfere with participation
- Use of illicit drugs in the past 4 weeks
- Current pain
- Pregnancy
- Participation in another research protocol
- Not using contraceptive methods
- Insensitivity to the Cold Pressor Test
- Any disorder making cannabis use hazardous as determined by physician
- Not able to read and speak English
