Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Persons of legal age with cervicalgia.
- Have a smart mobile device (smartphone or tablet) on which to download the App.
You will not qualify if you...
- Acute musculoskeletal pathological processes or exacerbation (less than 15 days of evolution), including paraesthesia, radiating pain, or loss of strength in the upper limb.
- Episodes of severe pain lasting more than 15 days.
- Accident with cervical or dorsal injury within the last month.
- Refusal to sign informed consent.
- Lack of a suitable device for app installation or lack of experience using smart mobile devices.
- Baseline Neck Disability Index (NDI) score less than 5.
- Presence of red flags such as suspicion of fracture, neurological involvement, infection, cancer, or systemic disease as specified by symptoms like fever, weight loss, headache, vomiting, or skin rash.
