Age: 18Years +

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Aged 18 years or older
  • Acute ischemic stroke patients with NIHSS score 0-5 within 24 hours after symptom onset
  • Proximal intracranial artery occlusion confirmed by NCCT/CTA or MRI/MRA in intracranial ICA, M1, or proximal M2 vessels
  • Baseline ASPECTS score of 6 or higher or infarct core volume less than 70 on NCCT/DWI/CTP
  • Pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale score of 1 or less
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Any signs of intracranial hemorrhage on baseline CT or MRI
  • Seizures at stroke onset
  • Baseline blood glucose less than 2.78 mmol/L or greater than 22.20 mmol/L
  • Platelet count less than 100,000/uL
  • Serum creatinine levels greater than 3.0 mg/dL
  • Participation in another investigational study within the last 30 days
