Researchers are evaluating standardized therapeutic recommendations for children diagnosed with classical Hodgkin lymphoma, focusing on staging and treatment approaches based on clinical, biological, and radiological data. This study aims to address variations in treatment protocols across centers in Sub-Saharan Africa and to adapt recommendations depending on the availability of radiation therapy. The goal is to improve treatment consistency and outcomes while reducing long-term side effects related to radiotherapy. The study collects observational data from pediatric patients treated with chemotherapy regimens, such as COPPABV, without complementary irradiation, adjusting therapy according to disease response and local resources. Recommendations are developed by a committee representing various pilot units within the Franco-African Pediatric Oncology Group GFAOP. The approach is designed to be simple, reproducible, and adaptable based on the presence or absence of radiation therapy. Participants will be monitored for outcomes including patient status and drug use over 24 months. Data collected will help evaluate compliance with the protocol and treatment effectiveness. The study involves children under 18 years diagnosed with classical Hodgkin lymphoma, with assessments including clinical, biological, and radiological information. The study will continue through 2030, supporting long-term observation of treatment impact.
