During the study, researchers will assess the degree of thermal artifact within seven days after surgery and evaluate the cervical transformation zone four months post-operation. Participants will be monitored through these follow-up periods to help understand the impact of each surgical technique on tissue quality and margin assessment, with the total involvement lasting at least four months after the procedure.

- Women aged 18 years or older
- Indication for LLETZ based on abnormal cervical cytology and/or biopsy
- Ability to provide written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous cervical excisional procedure
- Pregnancy
- Active cervical infection
- History of cervical cancer
