Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with suspected pleural disease referred for thoracoscopic pleural biopsy
- Adults aged 18 years and older
- Patients who have completed necessary preoperative evaluations, including imaging studies indicating the need for biopsy
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with contraindications to thoracoscopic biopsy
- Patients with anatomical or physiological factors making biopsy unsafe or unfeasible (e.g., severe pleural adhesions, distorted anatomy)
- Patients definitively diagnosed with conditions that do not require thoracoscopic biopsy
- Pregnant women
- Patients unable to provide informed consent
- Patients participating in other clinical studies that may interfere with this study's outcomes
