Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Ages 35 to 50 years
- Any gender
- Unilateral lumbar radiculopathy lasting more than 6 months
- Normal body mass index (18.5 - 24.99 Kg/m2)
You will not qualify if you...
- Other musculoskeletal disorders of the spine or upper extremity
- Neurological deficits, psychiatric disease, lumbar myelopathy, cognitive problems
- Vertebral fractures or previous spine/lumbar surgery
- Clinical instability or recent trauma
- Structural spine abnormalities, osteoporosis, spasmodic torticollis
- Inflammatory or specific spinal disorders such as ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis
