Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- For cases, admitted within the first 36 hours of an acute neurological symptom related to an ischemic cerebrovascular accident eligible for mechanical thrombectomy
- For cases, admitted within the first 36 hours of an acute neurological symptom related to a subarachnoid hemorrhage with modified Fisher scale 3 or 4
- For cases, admitted within the first 36 hours of an acute neurological symptom related to an intra-parenchymal hematoma with greatest axis 60; 20mm or NIHSS on admission >4
- For control patients, admitted within 7 days of acute neurological symptom onset related to transient ischemic attack with ABCD2 60; 2 score
- Express consent to participate in the study
- Member or beneficiary of a social security
You will not qualify if you...
- Pre-existing functional and/or cognitive disability
- Patient under legal protection
- Pregnant or breastfeeding woman
- Patient with secondary hemorrhagic transformation
- Patients with ischemic lesion unrelated to large vessel occlusion ineligible for mechanical thrombectomy
- Patients diagnosed with acute non-vascular neurological pathology (migraine, epilepsy, etc.)
- Transient ischemic attack patients with abnormalities on follow-up imaging 24-48 hours after initial imaging
