You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Diagnosed eating disorder
- Night shift worker
- Taking drugs which induce hypoglycemia
- Unable or unwilling to participate in the time-restricted eating intervention
