Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 20 years or older
- Indicated for an in-lab polysomnography study at Duke University Hospital
- Able to understand the study and sign informed consent
- Able to withdraw from the study at any time
You will not qualify if you...
- History of heart transplant
- Heart failure classified as NYHA class III or IV
- Chronic obstructive lung disease classified as GOLD category 3 or 4
- Chronic opioid medication use
- Severe stroke with modified Rankin score 54
- Presence of tracheostomy
- Unable to understand or sign informed consent or questionnaires due to severe cognitive impairment or unconsciousness
- Unable to correctly follow instructions to use the TipTraQ device
