Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- ASA physical status I or II
- Scheduled for acetabular osteotomy and/or proximal femoral derotation osteotomies
You will not qualify if you...
- Guardian refuses to allow participation
- Known bleeding or coagulation disorders
- Anemia defined as hemoglobin less than 11 g/dL for girls and less than 12 g/dL for boys
- History of epilepsy
- History of kidney failure or insufficiency
