Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Postmenopausal women with stage 3 or 4 pelvic organ prolapse (according to POP-Q score)
- Not sexually active and do not desire future vaginal intercourse
- Consent to undergo colpocleisis surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- History of stress incontinence surgery
- Underwent additional vesicourethral intervention besides colpocleisis surgery
- Desire to have sexual intercourse in the future
