Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy by DMD gene mutation and/or absence of dystrophin on muscle biopsy
  • Non-ambulatory (not able to walk)
  • Have intact extensor digitorum brevis (EDB) muscles in both feet
  • Off investigational therapies for more than 30 days
  • Age 18 years or older at consent
  • Adequate organ function confirmed by lab tests within 14 days before enrollment (28 days for heart and lung function)
  • Participants with partners of childbearing potential must agree to use at least two effective birth control methods (one must be a barrier method) during the study and for 3 months after stopping tacrolimus
  • Able to follow commands to perform voluntary outcome measures throughout the study
  • Willing to consent to 15 years of monitoring including an extension period
  • Provide voluntary written consent and assent before any research activity
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of HLA antibodies against MyoPAXon
  • Currently receiving active treatment with another investigational therapy
  • Known allergy to any component of MyoPAXon
