Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Willingness to follow all study procedures and be available for the entire study duration
- Male or female aged 19 years or older
- Diagnosed with brain metastases that do not require retreatment to the same tumor
- Females who can become pregnant must have pregnancy testing according to standard policies
- Ability to understand and sign informed consent personally or by a legal representative
You will not qualify if you...
- Use of cytotoxic chemotherapy within 3 days before treatment; immunotherapy allowed; certain radiation-sensitizing drugs like BRAF inhibitors must be stopped 24 hours before treatment
- Unable to have MRI imaging
- Pregnancy
- Participation in another investigational drug trial within 14 days before enrollment
- Radiosurgery planned only for post-operative cavity without gross residual tumor
- More than twenty brain metastases identified at consultation
- Any tumor larger than 4 cm in maximum diameter
- Previous stereotactic radiosurgery or stereotactic body radiation therapy to the lesion planned for retreatment
- Presence of diffuse leptomeningeal tumor
- Vulnerable populations such as children, prisoners, or adults unable to consent are not eligible
