Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 80 years
- Both men and women can participate
- Diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has failed or is intolerant to standard treatments
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- Expected survival of at least 12 weeks
- At least one measurable lesion outside the central nervous system meeting RECIST v1.1 criteria
- Willingness to participate and comply with study protocol and follow-up visits
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of untreated or active central nervous system tumor metastasis, including meningeal metastasis
- Severe infections or major surgeries within the past 4 weeks
- History of or current other malignant tumors
- Severe nausea, vomiting, or gastrointestinal conditions affecting oral medication use
- Major surgeries other than diagnosis or biopsy within 28 days before first treatment
- Minor traumatic surgery within 7 days before first treatment
