Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy white male participants aged 18 to 45 years
- Women with body weight 245.0 kg and men with body weight 250.0 kg
- Body Mass Index (BMI) between 19.0 and 30.0 kg/m2 at screening
- Ability to understand trial procedures, provide informed consent, and comply with study requirements
- Men and women of childbearing potential must agree to use highly effective contraception
You will not qualify if you...
- History or evidence of clinically significant disorders
- History of drug or specific allergies related to the study drug or its class
- Received medical devices or investigational drugs within 3 months or 5 half-lives before screening
- Injection site abnormalities or deemed unsuitable for subcutaneous injection
- History of excessive smoking in the month before screening
- History of drug abuse or addiction within 1 year or positive urine drug screen at baseline
- Any condition or laboratory abnormality that may increase risk or affect study participation or evaluation
