Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Able to understand and agree to participate by signing informed consent
- Have unresectable recurrent or metastatic solid tumors
- Have at least one measurable tumor lesion
- Have an ECOG performance status score of 0 or 1
- Have adequate organ function as defined by the study
- Have a life expectancy of 3 months or more
You will not qualify if you...
- Have active central nervous system metastases
- Have had another malignancy within the past 5 years
- Have tumor-related pain that cannot be controlled
- Have serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases
- Have uncontrollable third-space effusions such as pleural, pericardial, or peritoneal effusion
- Have severe infections
- Have a history of immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases
- Have an active infection
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Have a known history of serious allergic reactions to the study drug or its main ingredients
